The Gonzalez Team coordinated and worked well with Harris County representatives and the design consultants to ensure success of the project. The success through the teamwork attitude exemplified by the team was vital to the project.

Understanding of the work requirements, responsiveness to the very-tight schedules, and ensuring proper documentation was maintained – and very importantly – their adherence to a strict safety program was exceptional.

The Gonzalez construction team is to be applauded for their attention to detail and their team spirit. While project challenges were minimal, when encountered, they were always met and successfully overcome in a very collaborative manner.

The Gonzalez helped complete a first-class and much-needed apartment community that will have a positive impact and serve the community well for many years to come.
